Just the beginning...

Our program is off to a great start! The students worked on an "All About Me!" worksheet. They read the worksheet aloud to the group and then wrote a paragraph from the worksheet. Each student had their picture taken outside in front of our "Welcome to 3rd Grade" sign. We look forward to seeing the students next week.

How can you help at home? Try to expand your child's vocabulary. Learn new words and the meaning of the word. Substitute familiar words with new words that have the same meaning.
